Professional Sporting Experience

I have been fortunate to work across a wide range of sports, levels, and environments, giving me a broad and adaptable perspective as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist. My career has taken me from grassroots to international competition, supporting athletes, teams, and organisations both in person and online across more than 25 different sports ranging from football and golf to gymnastics and cheerleading.

I have worked with England Hockey, England Netball, and England Ten Pin Bowling, providing one-to-one support, team workshops, and on-camp delivery for athletes competing at national and international level. I have also supported teams in high-performance environments including Loughborough University Rugby, London City Lionesses, and the Nottingham Wildcats basketball team.

What ties all of these experiences together is the variety, making me a highly adaptable practitioner, able to meet the needs of athletes, parents, coaches, and clubs across different contexts, providing meaningful psychological support.

Personal Sporting Experience

Sport has been central to my life, shaping my values and passions. I train daily, competing in show jumping and dressage, and stay active through netball, dancing, skiing, and fitness training as a qualified Personal Trainer.

My journey began in childhood, exploring athletics, tennis, karate, and more. At school, I captained dance, netball, and volleyball teams, earning championships and relay titles. At Loughborough University, I competed in equestrian events, qualifying for the 2019 BUCS National Championships, and represented the university in ballet with top results in national competitions.

Alongside all of this, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, regularly dedicating time to strength and fitness training, blending my personal experiences with professional expertise.
